Women Rise for Change(WRC) promotes the economic empowerment of vulnerable women by enhancing their access to financial resources, vocational skills training, work opportunities, enabling them to gain control over income and participate actively in markets.

Through initiatives like microfinance, vocational training (Tailoring, Hairdressing, etc..),WRC supports women in achieving greater autonomy and contributing to poverty reduction, improved family well-being, and inclusive economic growth for sustainable development.

Core Programs:



1. Skill Development:

• Offer vocational training in tailoring, hairdressing, and other income-generating skills.

1. Start-Up Support:

• After graduation, we provide start-up kits to women completing training programs to help them start their businesses.

1. Financial Inclusion:

• Promote and encourage women’s participation in savings and credit cooperative societies (SACCOS).

1. Small Business Support:

• Facilitate the establishment of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to boost women’s economic independence.
